Title:   Formulations of Oxidatively Stable Nanoemulsions of Long Chain Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids
Inventor:   Robert Nicolosi
Summary:   Polyunsaturated fatty such as omega 3 fatty acids are known for their health benefits. These fatty acids are highly nutritional and are essential for brain, vision, and nerve development. This invention provides nanoemulsion formulations for delivering odorless, highly concentrated acids through beverages and foods as a delivery medium. These novel formulations are comprised of a higher level of concentration and more stable oxidative fatty acids which could potentially improve human health and well-being.
